Alan Stephens is an experienced Software Architect currently working as a Solutions Architect at Tech Mahindra since 2024. Previously, they held various roles at Amdocs from 1995 to 2003, including Principal Consultant and Software Architect, where they implemented large-scale enterprise CRM applications and designed cloud-native microservice-based solutions for the telecom industry. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Software Developer at IBM from 1989 to 1995, contributing to the development of the OS/2 Database Manager and Multimedia Servers. Alan earned a Master’s degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University.
