Ayan Dey possesses a diverse background in healthcare management and consulting with experience ranging from front office assistance to business analysis. Ayan began a career in healthcare at Columbia Asia Hospitals as a Trainee in Marketing and later worked as a Front Office Assistant at The Mission Hospital. Ayan transitioned into functional consulting roles at ICT Health, serving as a Junior Functional Consultant. Following that, Ayan worked as an Implementation Consultant at Allscripts India before advancing to the position of Business Analyst and later Senior Business Analyst at Tech Mahindra. Ayan holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Hospital and Health Management with a focus on Health Information Technology from the Indian Institute of Health Management Research, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Hospital Management from D.S.M.S.
