Birendra Sen

Birendra Sen has extensive experience in the business process services sector, currently involved in scaling initiatives at Tech Mahindra since August 2021. Beginning with Tech Mahindra Business Process Services in December 2017, Birendra has played a pivotal role in building the organization. Prior leadership roles include serving as Business Leader at Tech Mahindra Business Services and Hutchison Global Services. Earlier experience includes solution design and transition management at TCS e-Serve International Ltd. and a role in retail banking at ICICI Bank. Birendra's career began as a Software Engineer at Infosys. Educational qualifications include an Executive Leadership Programme from Harvard Business School Executive Education, an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communications from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology.
