Deen Rahim is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in CRM and Salesforce practices. Currently serving as Vice President of Salesforce Practice at Tech Mahindra, Deen previously held the position of Country Head for the Americas Salesforce CRM Practice in Dallas, TX. Deen's career also includes significant roles such as Global Competency Head for Quote to Cash across platforms like Oracle CX and Salesforce, IT CRM Delivery Manager at Juniper Networks, and CRM Implementation and Functional Lead at Clear Technologies. Deen began the professional journey as an Oracle Consultant at Transworld Information Systems. Academically, Deen holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from California State University - East Bay and a Master of Science in Computer Applications from Thiagarajar College of Engineering.
