Jithu Udayan

Jithu Udayan is a customer service and business development professional with experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Customer Advisor at Tech Mahindra since October 2022, Jithu previously worked as a Senior Demand Generation Executive at XDBS Worldwide for a brief period. Prior to that, Jithu was a Business Development Associate at Amazon from September 2017 to July 2022 and served as a Senior Customer Service Associate at Conneqt Business Solutions Limited from May 2016 to September 2017, where responsibilities included preparing reports for Tata Motors clients on a Pan India level. Jithu holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Pune University, completed in April 2017.
