Manik Kumar

Manik Kumar is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in software engineering and architecture. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager and Solutions Architect at Tech Mahindra since January 2020, Manik oversees Global Cash Management Platforms, focuses on strategy execution, cost savings, and team leadership across onsite, nearshore, and offshore environments. Previous roles include Software Architect at CGI and Senior Software Engineer at Tech Mahindra, with foundational experience as a Technical Trainer at NIIT and a Software Trainee at UFLEX Group. Manik holds a Master of Technology in Software Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from the Model Institute of Engineering and Technology. Manik also completed a program at Harvard Business School in 2023.
