Neha is currently a Network Lead at Tech Mahindra, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, they served as a Problem Manager at Ericsson from 2023 to 2025 and held various roles at Nokia, including Service Lead and Incident Management Engineer, from 2021 to 2023. Neha also worked as a Service Desk Administrator at IPsoft in 2015-2016 and was an Engineer at L&T Technology Services from 2018 to 2019. They earned a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Telecommunications from BPUT, graduating in 2013.
