Prashant Harde

Prashant Harde has over 18 years of experience in the IT industry, beginning as a Technical Analyst at Sirvisetti Global Services Pvt Ltd from March 2005 to September 2006, followed by a role as a Software Engineer at Wipro from October 2006 to May 2009. Prashant advanced to an IT Manager position at Synechron, where responsibilities included business analysis, project management, and quality assurance from May 2009 to May 2018. Currently, Prashant serves as the Manager of Information Security at Tech Mahindra since May 2018, overseeing a range of competencies including DLP program leadership, incident response, and risk assessment. Key achievements include the successful implementation of Microsoft Purview DLP policies and management of over 500 major security incidents.
