Rajendran Murthy is a seasoned leader in the banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) and technology sectors, with 25 years of extensive experience. Currently serving as the Global Practice Head for Customer Experience and Engagement Solutions at Tech Mahindra, Rajendran drives consulting and delivery for various customer engagement solutions. Previously, Rajendran held key roles at HSBC Technology and Services as the Practice Head for Business Analysis and Consulting, and at IndusInd Bank as a Product Manager, where they oversaw the E Channels product. Rajendran completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Business Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Mumbai University, along with a PG Diploma in Foreign Exchange & Risk Management.
