Rishika Roy

Rishika Roy is a dynamic HR leader with over 11 years of experience, currently serving as the Global Employee Relations Head at Tech Mahindra. They have successfully implemented transformative HR initiatives and developed a culture of trust and accountability in global teams. Previously, Rishika held various roles at Accenture, including leading the shift to a performance achievement model and managing HR business partnering efforts. Rishika holds an MBA in HR from Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management and is currently pursuing a Global Senior Leadership Programme with CHRO specialization from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.
