Sandhya Sripada has an extensive background in operations and client relations, beginning with a role as Team Leader at IVY Comptech from 2002 to 2004. Sandhya then served as Technical Writer, Program Manager, and General Manager at ELX Pvt Ltd from February 2005 to February 2006, before taking on the position of Client Relations Manager and Manager of Operations for PAN India accounts at Aegis Ltd from June 2006 to July 2009. Currently, Sandhya is the Project and Operations Manager at Tech Mahindra’s Center of Excellence - GIS since March 2021.
