Dora Nagy

Dora Nagy is a seasoned executive coach and advisor, currently serving as the CEO Coach & Advisor at DoraNagy since July 2019 and as a CEO Coach for Tech Nation's Future Fifty program since January 2024. With a strong background in leadership and operations, Dora serves on the judging panel for the Scale-Up Awards and Go:Tech Awards through Business Leader. As an advisor for the Chief of Staff Network, Dora supports a global community of Chiefs of Staff. Prior roles include co-founding LX, where AI-enhanced psychometric testing was utilized, and serving as Chief of Staff to the COO at SoftBank Investment Advisers, contributing to the establishment of its global operations. Earlier experience at Google involved managing sales strategy and operations, as well as participating in a rotating marketing management program. Dora holds multiple degrees, including an MSc from HEC Paris and has completed executive coaching training at Harvard Business School and Animas Centre for Coaching.
