Luisa Barile

Luisa Barile is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the insurtech industry. Currently serving as Group CEO and Chief Executive Officer for the UK at ManyPets since June 2018, Luisa has been pivotal in driving the company's mission to enhance insurance access and quality. As Co-Chair of Insurtech UK, Luisa advocates for the insurtech sector's interests, aiming to position the UK as a leader in insurance innovation. Luisa also contributes to education as a Visiting Lecturer at ESCP Europe and has held significant roles at Charles Taylor, including Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director. Previous experience includes engagement management at McKinsey & Co. and an MBA from London Business School, following a degree in Actuarial Science from Università degli Studi di Torino.
