Bijal Pathak has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Bijal started their career at EAPT Solutions in 2004, where they worked as a Technical Recruiter and later as a Sr. Account Manager until 2009. In 2012, they joined Software Technology Inc. as a Sr. Resource Manager, where they worked until 2014. Since 2014, they have been associated with Tech Observer, initially as a Sr. Accounts Manager. Later, they progressed to the role of Associate Director, IT Staffing, and currently holds the position of Director of Staffing.
From 2002 to 2004, Bijal Pathak pursued a Master's degree in Computer Engineering at Fairleigh Dickinson University.
