Jude Perera has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Jude started their career as an Undergraduate at SLIIT in 2008 and continued until 2012. In 2011, they joined Microsoft Sri Lanka as a Microsoft Student Ambassador and held the position until 2012. Jude also worked at Tech One Global Ltd as a Technology Specialist - Microsoft UC from 2011 to 2013.
From 2013 to 2016, Jude worked at Thakral One as a Technology Specialist - Microsoft Services. In 2016, they joined Tech One Global Ltd again, this time as a Consultant | Cloud Services until 2017. Jude then served as the Team Lead - Services Delivery | EPG from 2017 to 2019. From 2019 to 2022, Jude held the position of Manager - Infrastructure Services at Tech One Global Ltd. Currently, they hold the role of Head of Infrastructure Services at the same company, starting in June 2021.
Jude's expertise in Microsoft services is evidenced by their role as a Microsoft Certified Trainer at Microsoft, starting in 2011. Jude also became an MVP - Most Valuable Professional from 2015 to 2018.
Jude Perera's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Cardiff Metropolitan University. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computer Science from the University of Moratuwa from 2016 to 2018. Jude also holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) (Hons) degree in Computer Systems and Networking from SLIIT, which they obtained from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, Jude Perera attended St. Sebastian's College from 1994 to 2007, where they focused on mathematics.
In terms of certifications, Jude Perera has obtained several recognitions. These include being an MVP Alumni by Microsoft since May 2023, holding an MCSE: Productivity certification from Microsoft since March 2017, and being a Certified Application Delivery Engineer (CADE) from A10 Networks since September 2014. Jude has also earned various certifications from Microsoft, including being a Microsoft Certified Trainer since November 2012 and obtaining MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional certification in April 2012. Furthermore, they completed the BSc (Hons) in Information Technology program at the Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology in February 2012.
