Tech Sonic is a Canadian technology company founded in 2014 and headquartered in Morinville, Alberta. The company develops advanced industrial cleaning and software technologies designed to improve the performance, reliability, and environmental footprint of critical process equipment.

Tech Sonic designs and manufactures ultrasonic cleaning systems, robotic ultra-high-pressure rinsing platforms, and robotic non-destructive testing solutions. These technologies are integrated through proprietary control software that manages equipment operation while capturing the data required to validate operational performance.

Together, these systems form an integrated washpad technology platform used to restore heat exchangers, rotating equipment, piping components, and other critical assets across the refining, petrochemical, agrichemical, and power generation industries.

Traditional hydroblasting methods are often hazardous, inconsistent, water-intensive, and time consuming. Tech Sonic’s technology platform modernizes this process by improving cleaning consistency, reducing turnaround duration, and restoring equipment performance more effectively.

The Government of Canada has designated Tech Sonic’s technology as Clean Technology, recognizing two key outcomes:

• Heat-transfer improvements of 20% or more compared to hydroblasting alone, contributing to 10–15% reductions in greenhouse gas emissions
• Up to 75% reduction in wash water consumption and wastewater generation

Tech Sonic is a 23% equity owner of Clean As New, a U.S.-based industrial cleaning company in Baytown, Texas, which deploys Tech Sonic technology across the United States.

Mission: Transform industrial cleaning by reducing costs, improving plant performance, and advancing environmental responsibility.
Vision: Help the industries humanity relies on operate more safely, efficiently, and sustainably.
