Frank Gibbs

Frank Gibbs is an experienced nuclear scientist and engineer with a robust academic and professional background. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at The University of Texas at El Paso, Frank focuses on nuclear materials science. As a semi-retired nuclear advisor at Tech Source since June 2022, Frank brings extensive knowledge from previous roles, including Director of Actinide Operations at Triad and Vice President of Operations and Infrastructure Oversight at AECL. Frank's career includes significant contributions to the UK Ministry of Defence's projects at CH2M HILL and decommissioning management at Kaiser-Hill. Frank holds a Ph.D. in Metallurgy and Materials Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
