Jesse Northington

Jesse Northington, MBA, is an experienced telecommunications professional specializing in telephony, IVR, and contact center solutions. Currently serving as an IVR Voice Architect and Consultant at Tech Stack Advising since August 2023, and as a Contact Center Consultant for the National Marine Corps Business Network since September 2021, Jesse is also the Founder and CEO of 13North Consulting LLC, providing various consulting services in the industry. Previous roles include Director of Enterprise Telephony and Manager of Voice Engineering at Amherst, along with a history of positions at Netspend, USAN, Inc., Verizon, and service in the United States Marine Corps. Jesse holds an MBA in Information Systems Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications Management from DeVry University.
