Bernard St.Onge has extensive experience in security operations and customer support. Bernard began their career at United Technologies, where they handled executive compensation and payroll processing. Bernard then moved on to EDS Group, where they worked in tech support. At Touchcom, Bernard provided technical support for various security systems and brands. Bernard then joined G4S, where they served as a team lead in the Security Data and Monitoring Center, responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting hardware and software. Bernard also worked at G4S Retail Solutions as a manager of customer support, overseeing a team and ensuring a positive customer experience. Most recently, Bernard worked at Tech Systems as a Security Operations Center Manager, where they centralized coordination of physical security resources and minimized threats.
Bernard St.Onge attended the University of Phoenix from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained an Associates degree in IT/Networking. In addition to their degree, Bernard has also obtained various certifications. In May 2017, they obtained the BenchmarkPortal Certified Contact Center Manager (CCCM) certification from BenchmarkPortal. Most recently, in October 2022, Bernard obtained the Applied Marketing Strategies certification from Soomo Learning.
