Heather M.

Heather M. is a product designer and UX researcher currently based in Washington, DC, where they serve as a Senior Service Design Fellow for the Medicaid Delivery Innovation Initiative at Tech Talent Project. Previously, Heather held positions such as Design Lead at the United States Digital Service, where they managed the design process for a COVID-19 testing support product, and worked at Publicis Sapient, creating a job search site for healthcare professionals. They also accumulated experience as an Interactive Designer at Wunderman Thompson and as a Graphic Designer & Web Director at Blue Wheel Media. Heather continues their education in Media & Communications Arts at Macomb Community College.
