Shaiheim Allen

Shaiheim Allen is a Digital Design Lead at Tech21 since March 2024, responsible for overseeing digital channels and enhancing customer experiences through improvements in UX/UI design, accessibility, and mobile optimization. Prior experience includes a senior role at Freedman International from March 2019 to December 2023, where Shaiheim conceptualized and executed digital assets for high-profile clients such as Fitbit and Google. Additional roles at Freedman include digital designer/developer and junior digital designer/developer, all contributing to a strong foundation in digital design and development. Early work experience includes administrative tasks at Day Lewis PLC, catering at Purley Festival, and a work experience placement at IMCD UK. Shaiheim holds an MSc and a BSc in Digital Media from the University of Portsmouth.
