Rainhard Fuchs is a co-founder and Chief Commercial Officer at Glacier, a climate startup promoting climate action and employee empowerment in Austria since February 2020. Alongside this role, Rainhard serves as a mentor for Female Founders Global and tech2impact, providing guidance to female entrepreneurs and climate-tech startups. Previously, Rainhard held key positions at the Austrian Digitalization Agency, where responsibilities included international relations and project management, and at Pioneers.io, leading initiatives in the public sector and developing innovation ecosystems. Rainhard has also gained diverse experience in legal and corporate settings, with early career roles including project assistant at Baker & McKenzie and research assistant at the University of Graz. Rainhard holds a Magister iuris degree from the University of Graz and has furthered education at institutions including the University of Valencia and WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business).
