Esther Michael

Esther Michael is a Full Stack Engineer at Tech4Dev since October 2023 and has also been a Warranty Specialist at Swappie since September 2021, where responsibilities include processing warranty claims and managing customer orders via a fulfillment application. Previously, Esther held roles at Swappie as a Quality Control Specialist, ensuring production standards and conducting grade evaluations of devices using Hemuli software, as well as serving as a Senior Production Specialist and Production Specialist, involved in manual order processing and device diagnosis. Esther Michael has a Master's degree in Wellbeing and Health Behaviour from Tallinn University (September 2021 - July 2023) and a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology and Genetics from the University of Tartu (2018 - 2021).
