Joel Maxwell

Joel Maxwell is a seasoned product designer with extensive experience in user experience (UX) and interface design, currently serving as a Senior Product Designer at Tech9 since July 2025. Prior roles include Director of User Experience at McLeod Software, where leadership focused on department growth and collaboration, and UX Designer at Command Alkon, contributing to the design of software products in an Agile team.
