Keith Crofts has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Keith began their career at Novell in 1991, where they served as a Software Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, and Operations Employee until 2000. Keith then joined DataNet Software, LLC as a Partner and Software Consultant until 2001. From 2001 to 2004, Keith worked at Altiris as a Software Engineer, and then transitioned into a Software Development Manager role until 2007. Keith then joined Symantec as a Software Development Manager until 2012. Keith further advanced their career at InsideSales.com, where they served as a Senior Software Engineering Manager from 2012 to 2016. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Software Engineering at Tech9 since 2016.
