Prabhat Jena started their work experience in 2018 as a Web Developer at Ibusiness Software, where they worked from January to June. prabhat then moved on to Mindfire Solutions in July 2018, where they served as a Software Developer until December 2020. After that, they joined Infosys Ltd as a Specialist Programmer from December 2020 to May 2022. Currently, they are working at Tech9 as a Senior Software Engineer, starting in May 2022.

Prabhat Jena completed their higher secondary education in science at Govt. Junior College Panposh from 2010 to 2012. prabhat then pursued a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from Indira Gandhi Institute of Technology (IGIT), Sarang, from 2013 to 2017. Prior to their college education, Prabhat attended Govt. High School Uditnagar from 2006 to 2010. No specific degree or field of study was mentioned for their high school education.
