William Caprara

William Caprara has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. William is currently working as a Software Engineer at Tech9 since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Unosquare from 2016 to 2022, where they served as a Software Engineer and Tech Lead. In this role, they were responsible for analyzing and proposing technical solutions based on customer requirements, designing and developing robust solutions, and leading a team of three developers.

Before joining Unosquare, William worked at Dextra Technologies from 2015 to 2016 as a Software Engineer. Here, they worked as a full-stack developer for an online store, focusing on bug fixing, support, and adding new functionalities to existing web and desktop applications. William also achieved automation of the warehouse's inventory management through the implementation of stored procedures.

Prior to Dextra Technologies, William worked at AXEN.pro from 2013 to 2015 as a Software Engineer. Here, they developed a web application for providers of a large supermarket chain, collaborating with a team of 15 people and participating in client requirement gathering meetings.

From 2010 to 2013, William worked as a Software Engineer at Northware. Here, they developed a web application for ITESM students, which functioned as an internal social network for sharing college achievements, photos, courses, and for planning their academic career.

Before Northware, William started their career at ASTA Consultores from 2009 to 2010 as a Junior Software Engineer. In this role, they primarily worked on windows forms and ASP .NET web applications, with the main project being the development of a desktop application to manage labor lawsuits.

Overall, William Caprara has a strong background in software engineering, with experience in analyzing requirements, developing robust solutions, leading teams, and automating processes.

William Caprara completed their education at the Instituto Tecnologico de la Laguna from 2004 to 2009, where they earned a degree in Ingenieria en Sistemas Computacionales (Computer Science). In addition, they obtained a certification as a Professional Software Developer in Microsoft .NET from NIIT in January 2009.
