Greg Graves

Greg Graves is a retired Chief Executive Officer of Burns & McDonnell, where they shaped their leadership philosophy through influential books such as Jim Collins’ *Good to Great* and *FISH*. Currently, they serve as Chair of Finance at The University of Kansas Health System and hold multiple leadership roles, including Vice Chair at TechAccel LLC, Chair of the University of Kansas Endowment Campaign, and Lead Independent Director at UMB Financial Corp. Additionally, Greg is a trustee at the University of Missouri-Kansas City and Chair of Buildings and Grounds at The Barstow School. They are also an author, with their upcoming book, *Create Amazing: Turning Employees into Owners for Explosive Growth*, available for pre-sale on Amazon. Greg holds an Executive MBA from Rockhurst University and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology.
