Michael Warren is currently a Non-Executive Director at Techary, a rapidly growing VAR and MSP with offices in London, New York, Amsterdam, and Singapore. They have previously served as the CFO of Celsius Pro Group / Global Parametrics for nearly six years, focusing on Insuretech and MGA operations, and held the role of Head of Corporate Finance at a private equity house in London. A Fellow Certified Chartered Accountant ('FCCA'), Michael trained at Ernst & Young and possesses 20 years of experience in financial services, particularly in M&A and Corporate Finance. Additionally, they volunteer at The Felix Project.
