He is the Practice Head for Technology hiring for North America, at Techaxis involved in managing and upskilling the Talent Acquisition team in order to provide quality resources to the clients. His ability to work with diverse teams and think out of the box has helped him grow and carve a niche within the Executive search industry. His aim is to help Techaxis evolve into one of the best Recruitment and Executive Search firms across the globe.

His other passions include reading books and listening to music. He is also an avid follower of various sports and sporting events.
