Jan Thordsen

Jan Thordsen is an experienced Project Manager and entrepreneur with a focus on life sciences and event management. Currently serving as the Project Manager for the Life Science Project at TechBBQ since February 2023, Jan aims to enhance the Nordic life science ecosystem by facilitating access to capital, networks, and talent for startups. Jan founded Thordsen Vin in 2016, producing fresh Danish white wine, and has held multiple project management roles at organizations such as Copenhagen Zoo and Mad & Marked, where responsibilities included fundraising, project development, and event execution. Jan's educational background includes a Master of Science in Social Entrepreneurship and Management from Roskilde University, as well as degrees in Innovation & Entrepreneurship and Multimedia Design from Erhvervsakademi Aarhus.
