Maja Pavlek

Maja Pavlek is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent acquisition, recruitment, and human resources management across various sectors, including IT, finance, and marketing. Currently serving as HR Manager at TechBBQ since April 2023, Maja previously worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Clerk.io and a Candidate Experience Specialist at Lenus eHealth, focusing on the entire hiring process from sourcing to onboarding. Prior roles include Talent Acquisition Partner at Marant, where Maja collaborated with CEOs on recruitment strategies, and Head of Partnerships at HEYER, developing strategic partnerships and managing hiring.
