Keith Downer

Keith Downer is an experienced executive with a diverse background in technology, finance, and strategic advisory roles. Currently serving as Director on the Board of Directors at WTIA Workforce Institute since August 2021, Downer focuses on fostering talent within the technology community. As a Senior Advisor at Fiskl and TechBlue, Downer leverages mobile technology to empower small business owners and drive operational efficiency. Co-founding VENTI INC in October 2023, Downer is innovating digital banking solutions. In addition, Downer holds leadership positions as Chairman & President of AEGEUS Group and has advised various organizations in different capacities, including roles at PwC and Shieldpay. Downer's academic credentials include an EMBA from Columbia Business School and a BSc in Computer Science & Mathematics from The University of the West Indies.
