As the Founder and Principal Consultant of The Sequoia Strategy Group, Michael emphasizes effective organizational strategies. Previously, as the Director of Development for the American Brain Tumor Association, Michael was instrumental in raising over $3 million through major, planned, and annual gifts. Additional experience includes roles as Annual Giving/Major Gift Manager at Northwestern Medicine, Raiser's Edge Database Manager at Brookfield Zoo, and Philanthropy Manager at Erickson Retirement Communities, among others. Michael's educational background includes an MBA in Finance, a Master of Arts in Teaching, a Master of Divinity, and a Bachelor's degree in Biblical Studies.
