Kristy Britt is the Chief Financial Officer at TechChange. She has 15+ years of diverse public accounting and financial leadership experience in high growth companies. Her expertise in the accounting field is backed by a Master’s Degree in Accounting and CPA designation. Kristy has a proven track record of streamlining processes, developing internal controls, professionalizing the financial function, building financial and operational models, and creating efficiencies within growth organizations. Most recently, Kristy led her former company through an acquisition and oversaw the post-acquisition integration.

Most weekends, you can find Kristy cheering on her three kids at hockey games, baseball tournaments, and gymnastics meets. She also picked up golf and loves to travel and go boating.
