Lindsey Burke

Lindsey Burke is the Head of People and Culture at TechChange. Lindsey has over a decade of experience collaborating with all levels of leadership to drive successful people initiatives in dynamic and fast-paced business environments.

Lindsey received her BA from Western Michigan University, obtained a certificate in Corporate Social Responsibility from the University of Colorado Boulder, and has a certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from the University of South Florida.

Lindsey comes to us with global recruiting experience and has worked to build inclusive, supportive, strengths-based corporate cultures that focus on talent engagement and retention.

When not at work, Lindsey loves to spend time with family and friends, play the guitar, explore Lake Michigan beaches, and garden.
