Minh Hoàng

Minh Hoàng is an accomplished technology professional with a strong background in data management, software engineering, and program management. Currently serving as the Chief Data Officer and Head of Advanced Analytics & Innovation at Techcom Securities since April 2025, Minh Hoàng oversees the Data & AI and R&D department of Vietnam's leading trading and investment company. Prior experience includes a successful tenure at Google as a Staff Technical Program Manager, where Minh Hoàng led the AI-Agent program and managed core data infrastructure initiatives. Previous roles at IBM included Team Lead and Staff Software Engineer, contributing to the development of cloud network services and solutions. Early career experience includes internship positions at Lufthansa Technik and Lufthansa Technik Logistik GmbH, along with a solid academic foundation with a Master's degree from the University of Hamburg and a Bachelor's degree from Hamburg University of Technology.
