Giang Trinh is an experienced Program Manager and Product Owner, specializing in digital transformation and technology delivery in the retail banking sector. With a strong background in Portfolio Governance, Agile Delivery, and Enterprise Project Management, Giang has successfully led various strategic initiatives during tenure at Techcombank, including Omni-channel transformations. Giang holds a Master of Science in Technology Management from Linköping University, Sweden, and is certified in PMP®, PSPO®, and SAFe®. Previously, Giang contributed as a Project Officer at Vietnamnet Media Group and worked in process improvement roles at FPT Telecom.
