Lam Vu

Lam Vu is an experienced professional in Agile transformation and corporate strategy, currently serving as the Head of Agile at Techcombank since June 2022. Prior to this role, Lam held multiple positions at Wavestone and why innovation!, including Principal and Agile Practice Lead, overseeing operations in Singapore and managing various aspects of mission delivery, staffing, and training in Agile methodologies. In addition, Lam was the Managing Director at why academy! and the Regional Head of Development at PropertyGuru Group, where responsibilities included managing engineering and quality assurance for extensive digital product portfolios. Lam holds an Executive MBA from Harvard Business School and a Master's degree in Computing from the National University of Singapore.
