Matthew Marshall

Matthew Marshall has a diverse work experience in the field of video production and event management. Matthew started their career in 2010 as a Freelance Production professional, working for various companies until 2018. Matthew then became the Production Manager for Vino Lovers Vino Fest from 2015 to 2017. In 2016, they worked as a Camera Operator for Freelance Camera Ops.

From 2014 to present, Matthew has worked at TechCon LLC, where they took on multiple roles such as Technical Director, V1 Video Engineer, and Lead AV Manager. Matthew provided technical direction for live events, performed video production operations, and led and managed audio-video teams for event requirements.

In 2018, they co-founded The Ones Creative Group LLC, serving as the Co-Founder and Production Director. In this role, they were involved in the overall production management of the company.

From 2018 to 2022, Matthew worked as the Production Manager, Consultant, and Video Director at Broccoli City. Matthew led full stage production operations, directed live multi-camera video production, and managed various aspects of the event.

Additionally, Matthew has worked at FutureView, Inc. as a Technical Production Manager from 2015 to 2021. Matthew also served as the Production Manager at Black Mecca Festival in 2018.

Currently, Matthew is the Director of Video Production at Wondrium since 2022. Matthew joined HBCU Go in 2019 as the Video Director.
