Arief Budiman is currently the Division Head of Organization Effectiveness at Sinarmas Mining, where they focus on developing the future state of a unified group holding. Previously, Arief held various roles in organization development, including positions at PT Astra Otoparts Tbk and PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama, where they specialized in strategic planning and employee effectiveness. Arief also served as a Basic Mechanic Instructor at PT Trakindo Utama early in their career. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Universitas Gadjah Mada in 2008.
