Arif Bimo Winnetou

Arif Bimo Winnetou currently serves as a Scrum Master at Sinarmas Mining, managing complex IT projects using Agile methodology with a notable delivery rate of 95% in 2022. Arif has extensive experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, maintain resource allocation, and oversee timelines and documentation. Previous roles include IT Product Owner, where responsibilities involved aligning product roadmaps with strategic goals and managing backlog items, and IT SAP Specialist, where Arif addressed user requests related to SAP systems. Arif also contributed as an HR IS Planning Specialist and gained early experience as an Ultra Logistic Intern at Unilever.
