Eko Widodo

Eko Widodo is an experienced performance management expert currently managing strategic performance at Sinarmas Mining since October 2023. Previously, Eko served as the Head of Strategy & Planning at PT Korea Tomorrow & Global Indonesia, where responsibilities included overseeing organizational strategic goals and aligning business initiatives. Eko has also held roles such as Business Improvement Lead at Gramedia Digital Nusantara, Corporate Strategy Manager at KOMPAS GRAMEDIA, and Business Analyst at Garuda Indonesia, demonstrating a strong background in corporate strategy, performance management, and business planning. Eko's early career includes project management roles at EXPERD Consultant and research assistance at the University of Indonesia. Eko holds an MBA from Universitas Gadjah Mada and a BA in Psychology from the University of Indonesia.
