Isa R. has extensive experience in strategic marketing and business development within the coal and mineral resources sector. Since April 2017, Isa R. has served as the Head of the General Management Office for Marketing & Trading at Sinarmas Mining, focusing on strategic marketing initiatives. Concurrently, since July 2015, Isa R. has held the position of Director at Maple Holdings, specializing in strategic coal marketing services. Previous roles include leadership positions at PT Berau Coal Energy, overseeing business intelligence and development, and serving as Executive Director at Amandana Partners Indonesia, providing boutique corporate finance advisory. Earlier experience includes Chief Representative for South East Asia at Al Tuwairqi Group, Business Development Manager at Communication on Air Advanced, and a brief role as a System Analyst at Saudi Aramco. Isa R. holds a Master of Management degree in Strategic Management from Prasetiya Mulya Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals.
