Jonathan Clardy

Jonathan Clardy is a seasoned finance professional with over 14 years of experience in corporate finance. Previously, they served as VP Corporate Controller at Vallen USA, where they developed expertise in U.S. GAAP and auditing, after holding the position of Director of Corporate Accounting at Red Ventures. Jonathan has also worked in various roles at PwC, culminating as Assurance Director. Currently, they are a Fractional CFO and Finance Consultant with TechCXO, focusing on providing CFO-level leadership to venture-backed and growth-stage companies while leveraging technology to enhance financial processes. Jonathan holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Coastal Carolina University.
