Michael Levine is a highly collaborative, technology-enabled Finance & Operations Partner at TechCXO. Michael has a unique combination of Finance, Technology, Cybersecurity, Business Operations and Sales Leadership experience. He serves as a thought leader and mentor to executives at growth-focused companies ranging in size from start-ups to global $1B+ firms including public, private, and angel ownership.

Senior Management teams, Boards and Investors most frequently call on Michael to assist them as an interim and/or fractional CFO. He then engages in the strategic planning and implementation of a variety of projects, including: Strategic Growth and Profit Acceleration, Obtaining Capital, Financial Analysis, and Cybersecurity Posture Improvement. He is also called on to provide expertise including overseeing Information Technology, Sales and Marketing, Human Resources and Operations.

Michael’s approach facilitates trust among executive leadership. He helps cross-functional leadership teams to achieve growth and value creation goals in a variety of situations, from operational turnarounds to acquisitions to transformational growth opportunities. He serves a wide range of industries and markets including disruptive technologies, services, alternative energy, logistics and others. He has extensive experience raising capital and supporting M&A transactions, and a track record of helping clients increase their equity value.

Michael works with executive leadership to assure that projects are progressing toward successful completion, and to adapt processes that are best suited to the specific needs of each business he serves. He also works to build and run practical, transparent management operating systems, plans, budgets, timely accountability analysis and prompt corrective action, while improving cybersecurity posture and alignment with business goals.

During his distinguished career, Michael has served in many executive leadership roles, including CFO for Advantage Talent, Sercomm and World Auto Group. He is an active member of the Board of Advisors for sonKsuru, Inc., a cybersecurity firm; Blockchain Chamber of Commerce; ABLELIFE; and previously Datasee.AI. Michael is also a member of the Forbes Technology Council. He has served in executive roles with BDO USA, Robert Half Management Resources, Thomson Reuters, Oracle, Warren Averett and BellSouth. He began his career with Deloitte.

Michael is a graduate of Emory University, is an Active CPA, and has achieved certifications including: CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control), CompTIA Security+, AWS CCP (Certified Cloud Practitioner), and CBE (Certified Blockchain Expert).
