Andre LaFleur began their work experience in 2015 as a Software Engineering Intern at the University of Utah. In 2018, they worked as a Software Engineer Intern at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. In 2019, they joined Mavenlink as a Software Engineer.
