Dylan Whartenby has gained significant work experience in the field of software engineering. Dylan started their career as an Intern at NJVC-LLC, where they gained valuable experience in software development and quality assurance. Dylan then worked as a Sales Associate at Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH before joining CommerceHub as a Software QA Intern. At CommerceHub, Dylan took ownership of a vital communication infrastructure load testing project. Dylan developed scalable load tests using JMeter and created and managed virtual machines for testing.

Dylan also interned at The Connors Group, where they gained experience in software development and interned again the following year. After that, they contributed to feature development and bug fixes for the RuneLite open-source project at the Rensselaer Center for Open Source Software. Dylan actively participated in discussions and focused on improving the user interface.

In 2020, Dylan worked at xOverTime as a Consultant, where they mapped client business requirements to platform features and implemented client solutions using VBA, Excel, Power Query, SQL logic, and in-house library functions. Dylan then transitioned to the role of DevOps and Software Engineer, leading and assisting with client services projects. Dylan developed reporting and analysis solutions using Python, VBA, and REST API calls.

In 2022, Dylan worked as a Software Engineer at Wolfjaw Studios, where they designed and built serverless REST APIs using Go. Dylan developed automated integration tests and unit tests, ensuring the safety of client's images on Docker. Currently, they hold the position of Software Engineer at Techcyte.

Throughout their career, Dylan has showcased their expertise in various programming languages, including Java, Python, VBA, and Go. Dylan has gained experience in cloud technologies, server-side development, and database management.
