Marcus Malmberg

Marcus Malmberg has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Marcus started their career at FE Clean Energy as a Business Intern where they worked closely with the corporate team developers on venture capital projects for clean energy and energy efficiency. Marcus gained experience in developing financial models, business plans, and project proposals.

In 2008, Marcus founded Cover All Referral Service, a home job and professional service referral business. Marcus managed all aspects of the business including customers, contractors, and marketing. Marcus also established systems for managing customers, providers, and projects.

From 2008 to 2012, Marcus worked as an R&D Project Manager at Bunnell Inc. Marcus'sresponsibilities included project and schedule planning and oversight, budgeting, contract negotiation with suppliers, risk management, and failure mode analysis.

Marcus then joined BioFire Diagnostics, Inc. in 2012 as a Program Manager. Marcus managed molecular diagnostics projects from R&D initiation to FDA approval and product launch. Marcus specialized in managing BioFire Diagnostics FilmArray instrument products and was responsible for managing the new FilmArray 2.

In 2015, Marcus joined Sera Prognostics as a Project Manager. Marcus managed the development of clinical evidence for the PreTRM test, which predicts spontaneous preterm birth in pregnancies. Marcus'sresponsibilities included overseeing timelines, budgets, risk management, verification & validation, documentation, and launch activities for clinical trials, publications, and other projects. Marcus worked collaboratively with teams from all disciplines to initiate, coordinate, and complete projects.

Most recently, Marcus joined Techcyte in 2018 as the VP of Regulatory Affairs, a role they currently hold. Further details regarding this role are not provided.

Marcus Malmberg obtained a Management BA degree in Business Management from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business. Marcus completed their undergraduate education in 2008. Later, they pursued an MBA degree in Business from the same university, completing it in 2011.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Marcus Malmberg also obtained two certifications. In October 2013, they became PMP Certified by the Project Management Institute. Marcus further obtained a Certified ScrumMaster certification from The Braintrust Consulting Group in February 2014.
