TechDiversity Foundation | Building the Workforce Australia Needs
Australia lost 31,000 tech jobs in 2025. Our workforce is below one million, yet we need 1.2 million workers by 2030 to remain competitive. The traditional talent pipeline isn't delivering.

TechDiversity Foundation is the social enterprise helping to solve this.

We show that investing in women, neurodivergent professionals, First Nations communities, refugees, career-changers, and underrepresented groups isn't charity. It's how Australia closes the workforce gap.
